Week three

Another sunny Sunday. We shouldn't get used to this.
Wasn't sure what to do today, nothing jumped out at us. Eventually we marked out an area near the cobnut tree roughly the size of what we think a bed is and decide to attack it. No strimmer this week and it had a lot of stuff in it so it was hard work. We found some strawberry plants but we had to pull them out sadly. There were some other funny things in there but we couldn't tell you what they were. I think there was an ants nest and there is some kind of twig structure that looks deliberate so we are wondering if it's maybe a hedgehog den. I didn't see a hedgehog though. Anyway, the area needs a much more thorough going over but we covered it up and will go back to it again.
And another of our lovely neighbours gave us some potatoes!
