Allotments and community.
Pippenhall Allotments is a great local community of allotmenteers, located in Bexley Road, Eltham. I've been lucky enough to get an allotment in August 2015. The people from the allotments is super friendly and always willing to help with advice on anything you can think of. For someone new to this world it can be a very daunting task clearing a plot and laying out the beds to get things growing.
I wanted to create a blog where I can record my journey of planting and growing and then I thought it would be even better if I can create a community portal where everyone from Pippenhall can create blogs and forums to discuss their methods and share knowledge.
So i've created this website for the community of Pippenhall allotmenteers. If you are a plot holder on Pippenhall, please contact me with you plot number and I can register a blog for you.
Please note this is not the official site for the allotments, the official site can be accessed via Eltham and Avery Hill Gardens Society page.
For allotment applications and council enquiries please visit the Greenwich Council webpage.
