Small pickings

This is just a quick update of what we have and what's been going on.

We've dug up some potatoes or as my son likes to say "we're catching potatoes" and "THERE'S ONE, CATCH IT!".

There are some tomatoes that have ripen and the cucumbers are growing and even my little avocado tree is growing leaves.

We've dug up the Red Duke of York and Charlotte potatoes, they are about 85 potatoes from four plants.


The tomatoes are not a lot, but are very tasty

These are slightly bigger tomatoes and will still take some time before they're ready

The cucumbers are about 20 cm long, I really hope they work.

This is my first mini aubergine

This is my little avocado plant that we've grown from seed, I don't expect we'll ever get any avos from the tree but we will try.

And then this one is my big experiment...a watermelon plant


Then again my amazing neighbor from plot 5b gave us some gooseberries, thanks again
